Parent/Carer to collect an enrolment pack from the school office or download an enrolment form (PDF, 2 MB), complete and return the form with all relevant photocopied paperwork.
Relevant paperwork includes:
copy of the birth certificate
3 proof of residency documents
2 latest school report cards.
Year 11-12
Parent/Carer to collect an enquiry form from the school office, complete and return the form with all relevant photocopied paperwork.
