 PROCESS TO APPLY FOR ENROLMENT AT BROWNS PLAINS STATE HIGH SCHOOL

 

RESIDING IN CATCHMENT

Years 7 – 10 Enrolment:

 

§  Parent/Carer to collect an enrolment pack from the School Office, complete enrolment forms and return with all relevant photocopied paperwork.

 

§  School report cards need to be provided for Years 8 – 10 for a mid-year enrolment intake ONLY.

 

Years 11 – 12 Enrolment:

 

§  Parent/Carer to collect an Enrolment Enquiry Form from the School Office, complete and provide all relevant photocopied paperwork, including school report cards.

 

 

 

RESIDING OUT OF CATCHMENT

 

All Year Levels:

 

§  Parent/Carer to collect an Enrolment Enquiry Form from the School Office, complete and provide all relevant photocopied paperwork, including school report cards and letter to the Principal.

 

Start of new school year for Year 7 only:

 

§  Parent/Carer to collect an enrolment pack from the School Office, complete enrolment forms and return with all relevant photocopied paperwork, including school report cards and letter to the Principal.
