Enrolments

If you would like to submit an application for enrolment, please view the catchment map to determine if you reside in our catchment area.

In catchment applications 

Year 7-10

Parent/Carer to collect an enrolment pack from the school office or download a form, complete and return the form with all relevant photocopied paperwork.

Relevant paperwork includes:

    • copy of the birth certificate
    • 3 proof of residency documents
    • school report cards need to be provided for Year 7-10 for a mid-year enrolment intake only.

Year 11-12

Parent/Carer to collect an enquiry form from the school office, complete and return the form with all relevant photocopied paperwork. 

Relevant paperwork includes: 

    • copy of the birth certificate
    • 3 proof of residency documents
    • 2 latest school report cards.  

Out of catchment applications

Year 7-10

Parent/Carer to collect an enrolment pack from the School Office or download a form, complete and return the form with all relevant photocopied paperwork, including:

  • copy of the birth certificate
  • 3 proof of residency documents 
  • 2 latest school report cards
  • letter to the Principal.

Year 11-12

Parent/Carer to collect an enquiry form from the school office, complete and return the form with all relevant photocopied paperwork, including:

  • copy of the birth certificate
  • 3 proof of residency documents 
  • 2 latest school report cards
  • letter to the Principal.
